- Meetings: time is logged only for meetings attended live. No time is logged for reading transcripts of a missed meeting.
- Deadlines: work submitted past its deadline is not counted in totals — it stays visible in the log but is flagged "Late — Excluded".
- This tracker covers all work, including admin tasks, for transparency and future incentive planning.
