Add Transaction

Use the Client ID (e.g. C001) for Income and Payment for Project entries β€” that's what syncs to the Master Sheet.
Money the partner paid into the LLP as capital. Goes to their contribution account (Form 11 / Form 8).
Use this when the firm pays a partner back for a cost that isn't shared, or a partner pays in client money they received personally. Money between two partners is a P2P instead.
Who this fee belongs to β€” auto-fills the matching Owner field on the client/matter record in the Master Sheet if it's currently blank.
Tax & compliance details
These fields feed the books, GST returns, TDS registers and the income-tax computation. Fill what applies.
Raise invoices under Invoices, Books & Compliance. Every receipt from a client should match an invoice or bill of supply.
The amount above stays the gross bill. Only the net goes out of the bank.
For GST and TDS: the month the payment is for
For advance and self-assessment tax

Record a partner payment

Saved as a P2P. Pay part of it and the rest stays due. If the P2P is deleted later, the amount shows as due again.
